I received a renewal from 'Online Business Registration', is it legit?

There's a letter getting sent to Darwin businesses asking them to renew your business name via credit card.
This is clearly quite dodgy, as their letter states that they are not from ASIC and that they are a 'private business registration services provider' (whatever that is!) ... Perhaps they will actually renew your business name on your behalf ... at inflated prices ... and they probably hope to get a few payments from people who won't question it. Be sure to renew your business name directly with ASIC and ignore any others. I received such a letter myself recently and it looks like this.
